Sandra K. Lewis, 72, was born in Houston, Texas and passed away on June 17, 2025 in Baytown, Texas. Sandra K. Lewis was a wonderful mother who had a strong fighting spirit. She fought for a young child who is a family member and adopted him when he was one year old. Both her and her husband raised him. She loved animals and had a great passion for ducks, geese, goats and many other poultry. Sandra loved to fish and be outdoors on her property. She had her pond and loved to stock it with bass and catfish. Her husband and son are both Marine Corp Veterans. Her son also has been in ministry for many years.

Sandra K. Lewis is survived by her husband Darrell Lewis, children  Anthony Scholwinski, Brandi Scholwinski, Brent Lewis and Russell Lewis. Her sisters Rita Brooks and Sussie Taylor.

Funeral service will be held on July 2, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr. Houston, Texas 77038
