Rose Mary Lopez was born on July 23, 1956, in Muskegon, Michigan and passed away on September 11, 2024 in San Antonio, Texas. Rose Mary was strong, beautiful, a hard worker and lived life to the fullest. She was married to Jesse Lopez for 46 years. Rose Mary went up and beyond anything to protect her children and continued to do that also later on in life for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a fighter all the way till the end, she pushed and gave it 110%. Rose Mary's last day on earth was on 9/11, she definitely was our hero before and more than ever now. She will be dearly missed by so many.

Rose Mary Lopez is preceded in death by her husband Jesse Lopez, her parents Raymond & Virginia Muniz, Siblings Alex Muniz, Jerry V. Flores, Lewis Flores, Linda Gonzales, Gloria Deanda, Theresa M. Mir & Elida Muniz. She is survived by her children Raquel Y. Lopez- Luera (John), Alvino D. Lopez, Eric Lopez & Jesse R. Lopez (Jolynn). Her grandchildren Aaron Aguilar, Alexis/ Ariana Diaz De Leon, Briana/ Adam Aguilar, Adam Benhmim/ Andrew Aguilar, Katrina Lopez, Mason Lopez, David Lopez, Miguel/ Sabrina Compeon, Alex Coronado, Alyssa Lopez & C.J. Castillo. Her Great Grandchildren Autumn, Brenn, Brooklin, Braylee, Brayden, Alayna, Angelo, Aiden, Malina, Xariyah, Priscilla, Victoria, Adrianna & Celine. Several nieces & nephews and sibling Felicetas M. Flores (Sophia).

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. with a service at 6 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 8706 Almeda Genoa Rd. Houston, Texas 77075

Visitation on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 10 a.m. with a service at 1p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 8706 Almeda Genoa Rd. Houston, Texas 77075
