Prosper Lusinde Kiswaga, 52, was born on July 2, 1972 in Dodoma, Tanzania and passed on September 2, 2024 in Sugarland, Texas. Prosper loved his wife and kids a lot. He liked wearing shorts, slides, designer glasses and chewing gum. Prosper had a favorite chair where you would find him after work relaxing, watching the news or on the phone with a friend or our mom. He liked barbequing on the weekends and cooking his specialty food that he had learned from Spain where he had lived in his younger years. He loved eating ugali dagaa on Sundays. Fun hidden fact about Prosper he used to hot wire cars back in the 90's, however he became a great mechanic for his wife and children. He loved celebrating love; he was a big on faith, he would go to church every Sunday especially with his two youngest children and grandson. Prosper was always there for people, he would go out his way to help. He enjoyed spontaneous weekend getaway with his wife. BABA will greatly be missed, while we are still not sure how to navigate this changes he created so many great memories with us that will forever live to be told.

He was survived by his parents Walter & Catherine Kiswaga, sisters Joyce, Anna, Grace, Matilda & Neema Kiswaga, wife Pendo Mpiluka Kiswaga, children Catherine, Mourine, Priscilla Patson, Esther, Laurin & Daniel, son-in-laws Noel Kiyola & Geoffrey Batista, accompanied by grandsons Henry & Marc.

A visitation will be held for Our Beloved Brother Prosper L. Kiswaga on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 11 a.m. with a Rosary at 11:30 a.m. followed by Holy Mass at 12 p.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church on 705 St. Theresa Blvd., Sugarland, Texas 77498. Burial to follow at Forest Park Southwest Cemetery on 9040 FM-359, Richmond, Texas 77406
