Ki Tack Lee was born on April 5, 1934, in Seoul, South Korea and passed away on Nov 19, 2021, in Houston, Texas.
He was the 4thchild of Dong Joon Lee (father) and Kum Hee Woo (mother). He had 6 brothers and 1 sister. Ki Tack attended Seoul National University and graduated from dental school in 1958. He served in the South Korean Army as a Captain from 1958-1961 and practiced dentistry from 1961 to 1999. Ki Tack was married to JoungSock Lee on December 12, 1962, in Seoul, South Korea. They had their only child, Ho-Jun Lee (son), born April 16, 1965, in Seoul, South Korea. He immigrated to the United States in 1973 to Los Angeles, California and lived in Chicago, Illinois 1975-1999; Cleveland, Ohio 1999-2005; Houston, Texas 2005-2021.
Ki Tack's hobbies included golf, classical music, and watching movies.
