Karen Ann Fierova
December 27, 1955 - October 19, 2023
Karen Fierova, 67, of Alvin, TX, passed away peacefully on Oct. 19, 2023, surrounded by her loving husband.
She was born on Dec. 27, 1955, in the small town of Woodsboro TX, to John and Betty Houston. Karen was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She worked as a registered nurse at Occidental Petroleum Company, where she shared her passion for caring for others.
She enjoyed riding, training, and caring for horses. She was known for her kindness, generosity, empathy, and big heart. She is survived by her Husband, Thomas Fierova; her daughter, Nicole DeGregorio; and her granddaughter, Nico Barr.
A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at 2 p.m. at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 8706 Almeda Genoa Rd, Houston, Texas 77075.
Karen will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She left a legacy of love, joy, and memories that will live on in the hearts of many.
