Jean A. Nabors, 69, died on May 27, 2021 at Southeast Memorial Hospital. She was born on December 26, 1951. The daughter of Ernest Richmond and Ella Mae Hubbard. Jean worked for NASA for 5 years. She was the Technical Manager for I.T. department. Jean was married to Tom Rhoades on October 23, 1989. Jean loved nature and enjoyed gardening. Her yard was filled with beautiful flowers. In addition, she loved animals. She participated in helping S.A.V.E. coalition and fostered many animals until they were ready for adoption.

Jean is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Richmond and Ella Mae Hubbard, her brother Bobbie and sister, Bonnie. She is survived by her husband, Thomas W. Rhoades, and son, David Nabors.
