Ivan Armando Perez is the second love of my life. He had a heart of gold; he was loved by everyone who came into his life. He was a party person, fun to be with, a great son God blessed me with, a wonderful brother, cousin, and uncle, the best of a new, awesome dad, and the perfect life partner any woman would love to make a life with. I was so proud of the man he had become; his daughter meant the world to him; he was so happy that finally he had found the love of his life, the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with, the family he had always wished for. He was dedicated to his job; he loved working for Votex even though he sacrificed his family, especially his daughter. At work, he always made sure everyone was safe, and if they were in danger, he would be the last one to get out of any trouble they were in. I pray that by this terrible, tragic accident, companies learn and do whatever they can for this not to happen again. My son Ivan Armando, 33 years old, had a whole life plan; he was at his best. Now he's left us. I pray no family would have to go through this in their life. It is the worst, heartbreaking pain a mother and family should go through. It's not fair to the employees and the sacrifice they make to their family. My son was found without life. He had his rosary I had bought for him, a socket wrench, and a pocket tool he works with. I want everyone to remember him as the young man who wanted his family to be happy and united, the happy guy that walk into a room with a warm smile. Ivan has gained his wings, but he left a million memories, so we won’t forget. I pray you dance and be reunited with Mom, Dad, Melissa, and all the loved ones that gain their wings. Love my son from the first time I held you in my arms; you will be missed dearly.
