Gustavo Melendez Jr. loved his Lil Momma and Pops. He was a proud "Born and Raised Texan". He liked to cook, loved football and fishing - he always had a fishing pole. Gustavo loved his craft of masonry work and he was very detailed in all he did. He was a sensitive man as well as a jokester. His laugh was contagious. Gustavo loved his familia.
Gustavo Melendez Jr. will be truly missed by family and friends.

Survived by parents, Tavita Ybarra and Gustavo Melendez Sr.; Sister, Christine Melendez Penrod and spouse Jimmie Penrod; Son, Lucas Melendez, spouse Celeste and Twin Grandchildren; Nieces, Hope Peralez, Nina Ashley and spouse Tylor; Nephews, Rudy Peralez Jr., Tray Penrod and Cody Penrod; 7 great grand nieces, 4 great grand nephews.
