On Thursday, December 5th, 2024, Dolores Charles of Houston, Texas passed away at the age of 78. Born on April 12th, 1946, in El Cercado, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Dolores was the oldest of ten children. She was married to Juan Charles for over 55 years until his death in 2017. She is also preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Josefa Vasquez, her brother, Pablo Vasquez, and her son, Juan Charles Jr. Dolores is survived by her children Richard Charles, Sergio Charles, and Gloria Charles, their spouses, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Visitations will be held on Friday, December 20th, 2024, at 10 a.m. with a Rosary at 12:30 p.m. and the Memorial Service to follow at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 8706 Almeda Genoa Rd. Houston, Texas 77075. Her final resting place will be at 2 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum, 8601 Almeda Genoa Rd. Houston, Texas 77075
