Charles E. Blair was a good hearted (big kid at heart). He was a hard worker friendly didn't meet a stranger. Charles loved family get togethers, fishing, drawing and painting. He also loved restoring toys, working on cars and maintenance (could fix anything). Charles loved pets, Star Wars and Super Heroes. Charles E Blair will be truly missed by family and friends.

Charles is preceded in Death by his Mother, Mary Elizabeth Roberts Blair; Father, James Thomas Blair; Siblings, Thomas Leroy Blair, Clyde Eugene Blair & Junita Marie Blair; Survived by his Son, James Edward Wayne Blair; ExWife, Melissa Varnell & children Shawn Taylor, Larry Varnell, Brooklin - Maezie & Ryker; In Laws Dorothy Varnell & Tommy Varnell (deceased); Friend Byron Phillips; Sister and Brother In-Law Lawonda & Cyrus Drew; Nephews Joey Martinez (Wife Kassie son Jude Martinez), Joshua Varnell & Jaydon Drew; Special Friends Linda & Mike Habbs, Lynn & Mike Ulisses and all his Noah's Ark Friends, especially Fred & Beverly Ronnie & Terry Michelle Smith, Warren & Ashely (children).
