Arturo passed away on September 8, 2021 at the age of 21. He is survived by his Mother, Marie Ruiz and Stepfather, Frank Ruiz; Sisters, Miracle Garza and Madeline Chavez; Stepsisters, Alexis and Cassandra Ruiz; Stepbrother, Steve Klein; Also by his Aunts, Uncles and all of his Cousins.

Arturo was born and raised in H-town and he represented himself well. Arturo aka "Ronnie" will be greatly missed and loved. He will never be forgotten by family and friends.
