Arnulfa Leticia Montoya, 51, of South Houston, Texas, passed on November 22, 2021. Arnulfa was born on September 23, 1970. She was a wonderful person who loved to be outdoors and by the water at the beach. Arnulfa always loved being with family and always tried to help others any chance she got. She was a dog lover, she loved her dogs a lot and always liked being with her friends. Arnulfa Leticia Montoya will be truly missed.
