Aniceto Chávez nació el 17 de Abril de 1925 en Puno, Perú. Después de varios años conoció a Maria Burga, hicieron un matrimonio feliz. Fue un hombre muy amoroso y sencillo. El señor Chávez también era un señor respetuoso, desprendido de los cosas y muy amable. Nunca se quejaba de nada.

Es precedido en muerte por su esposa Maria Burga. Le sobreviven hijos: Daniel, Chavelita, Natty, Israel, Luis y Lucy; 20 Nietos: 29 Bisnietos
